What is Life and Wellness Coaching and how does it differ from therapy?

What can I expect from an online Life Coach?
Our online life coaching sessions are usually 30 or 50-minute weekly sessions that last 3 to 6 months. A lot depends on your area of focus, motivation for change, and end goal.
You, as the client, are the driving force for each outcome.
We intend to get there through deep meaningful questioning, scientifically and psychologically proven techniques, and structured goal setting. I will “ride along side you” as you achieve lifelong change in your priority areas in your life.
